The Conference dates are November 7, 8, and 9th. The actual conference day is the 8th, with families most likely coming in on the 7th and leaving on the 9th.

We have a hotel block for the nights of the 7th and 8th. We are working on planning some family activities for those who arrive early and leave the 9th.

Yes! The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle from 5am to 10pm. The standard shuttle is not accessible, but the hotel can arrange an accessible shuttle at no extra charge.

Parents, siblings, caregivers, grandparents, and of course our kids affected by SPATA5 & SPATA5L1. Researchers/Clinicians are also welcome.

The hotel is just 2.3 miles from Boston Logan Airport.

Yes. Overnight parking is $25/day. Daytime parking for local attendees is $10.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.

The room block includes King and Double Queen rooms. Rooms with accessible showers (6 total) and connecting rooms are available. There are no suites.

The group rate is $149+tax per night. This rate is available until 30 days prior to the event. In order to get this rate, you MUST book through our private booking link. You can CLICK HERE to register and receive booking information.

All rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Grab-n-Go Market (11am–11pm), Mystic Cafe (breakfast buffet), and Pendulum Pub (5pm–11pm). Room service is also available.

No. Outside food cannot be brought into the meeting space. This does not apply to medical food/formula, which is allowed.

A Continental Breakfast Buffet will be available, including fruit, pastries, juices, and coffee. Lunch includes a choice of sandwiches, pasta salad, slaw, chips, cookies, and drinks

Yes, complimentary water will be provided all day in the meeting space.
